QUESTION (Orbital cleaner -Encaping)

When I encap, on commpleating the job I notice that the pads (fibrePlus pads & Fibreplus Max pads) have little knobs (best discription ??)over the surface of the pads.
Question: Is this because I'm not applying enought solution on the carpet????
Another QUESTION:
With the 17" Orbital is it best to use 19"Bonnets???
At times I have notice (when doing domestic) that the 17"bonnett folds under & I have to flatten it out & re-attach to Plate.

David all you are picking up is a bit of loose fibre more so when you are doing wool

Yes

Split your bonnets in half,you are loosing a lot of your agitation between the bonnet,plus by splitting them they give a better feel on the carpet and clean a lot better...

The second question: phil you said to spilt the bonnets in Half. Sorry I dont get what you mean ?????

Expanding about the knobs on the surfase of the Pad, Wouldn't that accelerate the wareing of the pads ????

The knobs are normal, I get them in the center of the 8" Fibre plus pads on my Cimex all the time.

Those "knobs" you're seeing are normal wear characteristics of the FiberPlus pads.
