There was a realy good post by Rick G. a while ago on how to make contact over the phone with a prospect, and gain decision makers name to send information ect. I can't find the post. Can someone help me find it? I don't know what key words to search for?

Thanks

I am not sure where the post is but I do know first hand what Rick would tell you to do!

When calling a prospect you want to ask if you can mail some info to the decision maker, most likely the gatekeeper will be busy and give you a name to rush you off the phone.
