Last week we talked about those 2 area dog urine carpets from H. E. L. L. !
I took your advice and bought some of that chemical. It might have helped on the rug but not on the backing. So yesterday I extracted again half of the rug, 4th time, this time with the upholstery tool so I could see what was coming up and finished the other half this morning. I don't smell any dog urine and I smell close to the carpet. These were the worst 2 rugs I have ever seen. (not wool)
Thanks for your help. I going to tell this lady to get the 16 oz bottles and treat those rugs every month. They ever come back again with that amount of urine I will use Gas & a match.
