Office is down for a few hours!

Just in case some of you were trying to order Releasit and were not able to get through on the phones, I wanted to post this message!

We lost power about 12 pm today and will not get it back until around 4 pm. We will do our best to answer all the messages and get the online orders processed and shipped today.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused our valued customers.

Sorry for any inconvenience the power outage may have caused.

Man what a crazy day. The day started out with the power in our building out of phase, with half of our office having no power during the morning hours. And then the power went out altogether at around noon. Our neighbors were without power too. Progress Energy spent all afternoon working in our business park, with one truck on the back end of the park and another truck working behind our building. Finally at 4:30 our power was restored. We have an answering service for just such occasions. It kicks in when all our phone lines are tied up, it kicks in after hours, and it kicks in if the power goes down. So we still received incoming calls during the outage.

Hopefully the electricity problem has been properly addressed and we'll be good to go now. Thanks for your patience yesterday!



P.S. I tried to tell Drew not to plug the warehouse fan and coffee pot on the same circuit. LOL

I see you have that problem too Rick.
It gets real dicey when they try to the water cooler on the same plug along with the refrigerator. Make my screen flicker
