resturaunt questions

for those of you doing resturaunts the encap method what do you find works best?
using hwe is no option as ive sold my tm and have ZERO interest in having one again.

here's what i was thinking, run ds and a citrus booster, throw the orbot weight kit on it and go to town with the fiber plus pads.
afterwards use the cotton pads to actually remove as much as i can.

thoughts?

Don't do the Citrus boost as it will not work with DS. For a serious kick, use Punch as your booster. Prespray with the Punch and mix the DS at 6+ oz. per gallon of hot water and watch it slice.

Also use Max pads for heavy areas which of course are common on most eateries.

Also a KleenRite Sphere spotter machine with or without heat, Heat recommended, and of course a Penguin Sprayer. Can't go wrong!

Resty

I have an account with 4 restaurants that we do monthly.

This is what has worked for me, may be overkill but i do see a difference.

For very bad black greasy areas:

Prevac
Prespray with Punch @ recommended dillution.
Prescrub with Cimex w/ Fiber Max pads(no need to spray ds).
Use OP with wet glad pads.
Follow with Cimex w/ Fiber Max pads(spraying DS @ 10oz/gal).

For the areas that aren't too bad it's pure cimex w/ ds.

This combo has made a huge difference.

I also don't own a TM, what i would do differently on a new grease account would be to sub out the first initial cleaning to a local guy/company in town, build your price on the 1st cleaning so your guy can come in w/ TM and you can either Cimex/Orbot after him each area or come back the following day and Encap w/ Cimex/Orbot, no wicking issues.
