Ades....do a search.....Rick a few months ago did a nice explanation how to do this. I used his advice along with his CMS program to make some creative proposals that was a win/win for the customer and myself. Clean carpets at a resonable price for the customer and a reasonable profit that I was happy with.
I not always priced strickly sq/ft but at times I looked at the sq/ft per hour as well in consideration of my quote. I found that using a Cimex allowed me to do this.

We have several large churches under annual contracts. Churches have cash flow problems too, so we take the number of cleanings in one year (some two, some four, etc.) and bill them monthly. This is very helpful to them. We have just started to clean the 15 fire stations in our country on a simular basis. BTW, 90% of the above carpet is cleaned by Cimex, so we figure hourly verses square foot pricing. It sure is nice to see those monthly checks roll in even if we didn't have to service them that month. I have never seen anyone not interested in year round clean carpet. We don't sell carpet cleaning, we sell clean carpet.

I've never considered that option. Where do you learn more about that approach? Is that something I can find here?

Thats what i'm hoping to get to with this church. They to do so much ea qtr. i'm hoping to break it down into monthly payments. Yes all this will be done with a cimex. I should have listened better a few yrs ago at encapfest in clearwater beach.

Thanks

Ades

I would do that church at .14 sq ft = $2240 yr.
Clean 4,000 sq ft every 3 months @ $560 per qtr. Take 2 hours at the most with a cimex.
