I just want it to be New........

Is it just me. When I order something new and it is delivered damaged, I don't want it sent back to the mfg. to be repaired, I want a new one and take the damaged one back. What are your thoughts?

Yep I agree
if it is new and comes all broken, take it back and give me a new one.

The other option is just take it back and I will get a new one some place else
