| I am selling an almost brand new Orbot machine. I have only used it a few times so it is literally almost brand new. It does not have the optional spray tank as I think it would make it too awkard in residential use but it is easily available. I am asking $1895 and shipping is negotiable. I am in the Los Angeles area. dennisbrian@adelphia.net |

That's too bad you don't feel like using it in a home. I am diversified in commercial and residential. I do mostly residential with HWE, truckmount, RO water etc. Not much cleaning on a house with the Cimex, Orbot or rotary, (though I think it is soooo much easier to use. Would like to do em all this way) but last Friday did a WHITE carpet with the ORBOT and some Hydrox. knocked two rooms out in less than an hour. They had grease also so used some VDS and then followed with ORBOT. Felt so good not having to deal with the hoses and high powered fans and moving those hoses all around carefully around the corners as we are 'oh so used to doing'. The job came out wonderfully. I don't normally use this system on white plush but we have cleaned it in less than a year and this custy didn't call us until 4:50 pm and I wanted to get in and out as fast as possible. (I had to wait around for this custy to call me since he wasn't ready at 2:50 pm) The orbot and Hydrox were the ticket and custy was pleased. We are going to clean his lake house Monday.

All of the above mentioned methods are just tools in the box.Not all tools work for every situation but some tools are definitely multi-purpose.
Over the last 5 years I've had the opportunity to use at least 3 in the same house(s) all with wonderful results.
The sinks in our homes all have the options of hot and cold water as well as the ability to use alot or a little water pressure.Do we turn up both hot and cold full blast every time we go to wash our hands,face,dishes,ect...?
There are days when I wish that a particular job can be done with one particular method versus another but I have to employ the method that will get me the desired results, the fastest.Sometimes that maybe an OP clean or a HWE,sometimes both.
I have to remember that I'd rather have a frustrating or aggravating day cleaning than to be not cleaning at all that day.
By the way, those orbots sure are sweet looking. |
