Rehash - Offices for machine shop (Encap for oil & grease?)

December 24 2009 at 6:54 PM
Shorty

I have a similar job coming up with an ex massage parlour that has been closed down.

I was going to pre-spray with Punch, then scrub with Releasit DS.

Is there a chance that this will work, or would I still need to rinse/extract with my 500psi porty. ??

Thanks,

Shortwun.

I've seen the light, and changed my wicked ways. wink.gif

Anything's possible

Hey Shorty,

I think it would really depend on the severity of the oil concentration. If the oil is really loaded, extraction might be required. On the other hand, we've heard some pretty crazy stories of people getting incredibly large quantities of oil out of the carpet with Releasit. In fact, TOP HONORS goes to one of your Aussie neighbors to the south; John Kelley. So give it a shot, we may just have another Australian wonder on our hands!

Here's John's amazing story featured in an ad that we have run...
