lint/fluff with Orbot

Is it normal to see lint & fluff after OP cleaning?

Yes, especially if the carpet has not been maintained well.

You may also see it in areas that are brand new, and have not been vacuumed. Alot of loose staple fibers from the factory have yet to be released from those newer areas.

We once did a post construction clean up of some medium piled resi carpet...it was new and never vacuumed. Our vacuums would get clogged every 2 minutes, and the OP was sending pills every where.

Just vacuum when the carpet is dry enough.

Oh, and make sure you have enough detergent down when you OP...you don't want to be ripping fibers out of the carpet either!
