Does Hydrox have a reccomended shelf life? Kept in a cool, sealed container, away from light.

Kept in a cool, sealed container, away from light --- it should be fine for a couple of years or even longer. If you have any doubt that it's lost its peroxide power you could pour a few drops onto some protein (i.e raw egg, or raw hamburger) and see if it fizzes. It's an unscientific and simple test, but it will give you a quick view of whether the peroxide still maintains potency.
