Here's a tip that I hope will be helpful to you! This week's EncapBlog discusses a technique that will help you get past the "Gatekeeper" and in front of the person you need to talk to. This trick has helped me and I've shared it with other cleaners and it has helped them too. Check it out and put it to work. Let me know how you make out.

Everytime I try to view this it tells me it's private and I have to be invited to see it??

For some reason, youTube's default setting is "Private". And I forgot to uncheck the box again. Doh!
