I only clean part time just trying to learn the ropes. If this pic shows up you will notice the before and after pics of a doctors office. I used my Orbot with Fiberplus pads at first then went back over with a Microfiber pad. Chems used was DS. After I got done I thought process was on target so to speed up the process I purchased a Cimex (Thanks Drew)
To date since purchase of Cimex;Orbot-Cimex and Microfiber pad is the trifecta for me. Sidenote- Love my Mircrofiber pads.

Thanks for nice comments and reposting pics Rick. Therapy room was 25x25 with 2 year old never been cleaned carpet. The whole room was just that black basically. The Doc tried to save himself some money by getting a Sears brand machine. That coupled with nurses cleaning the 8 beds with spray bottles filled with soap and very high volume of traffic created the above. I have more detailed pics on my iPhone but for some reason it's not allowing me to upload to my computer. The Doctor couldn't believe it. I couldn't believe it. My helper and I thought if we got a Cimex followed by a Orbot that had a microfiber pad we'd be on to something and so far so good. Another thing about your guys Microfiber pads- I'm no longer dreading doing Berber carpets. They make it quick and easy. |

So, how many microfiber pads did you use. How often did you rinse the pads?
Looks really good. |

Great job on the carpet and pics. Usually we do a great job on the carpet and the pics come out crappy but great job on both and great for your marketing material and demo pics!! |

George- I only have two pads and so far thats enough. The area there was around 1500sq ft. This nasty big room plus 5 little rooms. They were not as bad but bad enough. We rinsed pads 4-5 times and as they say pads hold a ton. Black fluid just poured out from them when rinsed out. Afterwords just having to clean 2 pads is a big plus also.
Rick- thanks.I use my Iphone to take pics with but like I said earlier I "had" (past tense) a bunch more and better ones at that. I can't share them because Iphone crashed yesterday and I had to restore the original settings on it so that meant I lost all data.Pics,#'s etc... New Iphone hopefully comes out this month with twice the camera. I got lucky and sent this pic to my wife via email. |

What I really like about these pics are that they give you the ability to up-sell your customer here's a picture of just cleaning and here's a picture of an added step . Which should result in more dollars.
Give them choices with price points great selling feature. |

Rick L, that's my type of idea! More $$. I'll have to keep that one in the quiver. |

Thanks, good to know they really do rinse out that easily. Makes spending $$$$ each a little easier. I'd guess 3 or 4 would cover most situations.
Does the iPhone have data cards? I keep all the important photos on my BB's data card. Nice having 4gig of removable storage. |

I took B&A photos with my blackberry. Attempted to transfer to my website and they were too tiny. Is there anything that can be done To enlarge them on the site without blur?. These are some great shots of a job I did for chamber of commerce.

Turn you camera on and under options pic large and superfine. That will give you the best size pics. You can enlarge them a LITTLE, but, they will distort quickly. |

I'm a geek from way back. I might not be the most help with encap, but, I'll help where I can. The pics are my most used business feature of the BB. |

Great results Ben, I wanted to ask you did you just incap with F/P pad and just went over with Microfiber to dry it sort of speak or did you re-clean spraying detergent then microfiber?
I was thinking you can also get an inexpensive floor machine and follow the OP with the Rotary with a M/F pad. Well congrats on a job well done. |
