Carpet Accident, Testimonial.....

June 17 2010 at 8:48 PM
Homan, Fred

Fred,
SUPERIOR is the correct name for your Business Card!
Vicki and I can't Thank You! enough for what you done for us. We have our house up for sale and had you come over to clean the carpet a couple of weeks ago. It looks like new!

We had our two grand daughters over for a few days and Kate got a migraine headache. She got sick and threw up blueberries all over our bedroom carpet. My wife and our neighbor Sue tried everything to get out the stain. The only thing Vicki could think of was to give you a call. She was sure we would have to replace the carpet and cancel our open house this Saturday. (June 19,2010) She found Your Business card and gave you a call. You rushed right over and went to work. When I got home, my wife told me what happened, I was sure there would be some kind of mark left in the carpet. I was amazed when I got up this morning, I could not tell there was ever an accident on the carpet. Again many thanks Fred!

Nice story. Sounds like the Fred Factor at work here! I guess all Fred's are heros to their customers happy.gif

The Fred Factor is a cool book about how Fred the mailman consistently went the extra mile for the people on his route. Fred the mailman took an ordinary mundane job, like delivering mail and turned it into the extraordinary. Fred the mailman took pleasure in serving people and giving something extra whenever he could. The author Mark Sanborn draws on the story of Fred the mailman in his book on success. We ALL CAN BE FRED'S - in fact our staff at Excellent Supply have all read The Fred Factor. It's content echoes the wise counsel of an even older book that says "there is more happiness in giving than there is in receiving". It's always a pleasure to try to find ways to inject a little Fred-like spirit into our daily dealings with people.

Keep up the good work Fred!
