Charging for;

Went to look at a job today, it is a independent living building, 3 floors.
Each hallway floor on the floors is 1200 sq. ft. (5' x 240')
The second and third can be encapped, the first floor gets the traffic from the outside and needs to be HWE.

What would be a good price? email me if you do not want to us board.

They may get the residents to pay to have there apartment done if they want it done. Each resident would pay out of pocket. There are 2 carpeted rooms in each, living area and bedroom. She wants to know what I would charge each if I was to do 8 or more at a time.

Before I e-mail you with pricing I'd like to know where your located. I do several assited living facilities that are 1,2,3 story with the Cimex and OP the managers like i can clean while residents sleep,no open doors,library quiet, no hose hazards even the first floor entry areas.

I'm with Jeff, I market to assisted living using my OP machine as a PLUS to charge more than the HWE folks because it's safer, quieter, and can be done during off hours without disturbing the place.
