My cimex is 1 year old. When operating cimex I am hearing funny noises from the head, sounds like something is loose.
Only when under pressure. If I lift head, sounds normal.
Suggestions please.

maybe nothing to worry about

We have two Cimex's and one is 4 years old and one is 6 years old. It seems like every time I turn them on they make a different noise. Most of the time it is nothing to worry about. I would suggest to call Drew or Rick and explain thoroughly to them what it is doing and see if they think it is anything to worry about.

It is nothing to worry about, if everything is spinning and it doesn't pop any breakers you are in the clear! It is more than likely just he head rocking and the rivnuts are making the noise!

It is an intermitent clanging noise....and getting worse.

It sounds like the yellow shroud has been bent a little and occasionally touches the top of the large blue spinning head.

Rick is right...

When I get the same noise, sometimes the end cap to the rubber bumper rubs against the platen...this happens once in a while - not sure if this is your case, but take a look...
