Here's what's taking place: The colors were bright to begin with, but they've become dull and muted from soil. When the soil gets removed, the contrast can be pretty striking. Going from dirty to clean - that's all it is. There's no mystery ingredient in Releasit that makes the carpets shine like they do, aside from the fact that it just works. It works like it's supposed to (what a novel idea) LOL.
