Oreck Low Boy Question

I have an older oreck low boy that I need to buy a new pad driver and the plastic drive cup that bolts on to the osccilator assembly...are these common parts that I can buy from a janitorial supply store or are they a custom order? The parts look like they came off of a floor machine, are these interchangeable?

I don't have any experience with the Low Boy so I can't help you with that one. Sorry. But maybe someone will see this who has some experience with the machine. Have you tried contacting Oreck about it?
