(2) HWE with your fav pre spray

(3) Encap with Cimex and DS

(4) set up air movers

(5) brace yourself for hugs and kisses from your client happy.gif

Loved your list! Especially liked... (5) brace yourself for hugs and kisses from your client. I couldn't agree more!

Just one thought regarding item (2)
Using your "fav pre spray" can lead to troubles. If you introduce a potent pre-spray to the mix, you're very likely to blow out the crystallization properties of Encap-Clean DS. To be on the safe side - use Encap-Punch. It's a powerful CRI approved pre-spray that is completely compatible with Encap-Clean DS.

Punch

I agree Punch and DS are a Dynamic Duo. Sadly, Punch is no longer sold in Canada.

Mixture

Hey Rick, are you saying that ECpunch and DS would
be the best mixture? I have a real nasty carpet to
do next week and It's got to come out awesome. Thanks

Yep Encap-Punch & Encap-Clean DS is a tag-team duo that'll overtake the dirtiest rat-nasty carpet.

And rounding it into a trio - if you scrub with FiberPlus Max pads your scrubbing efficiency will be about 20% more aggressive.

Sounds good...But...

November 3 2010, 11:15 PM

Here's the "But"...Who is going to pay for all those cleaning steps? In this economy, we have to whittle our prices down in the commercial market just to be competitive; not many are going to pay the money to have HWE AND encap and still be a profitable job for us...That's here in northeast Florida, maybe some other parts of the country are doing a little better and can command a higher price for two methods....

Just my thoughts!

Joe

I'm with Joe, well not really, but I do agree with what he say's

I would be giving it a very thorough vacuum with a dang good upright.

I prefer Dysoons down under, or for big jobs, my 18" Windsor.

Spot any trouble spots.

For oils I use Vac-a-way Spot 'n Boost.

For water based I use Punch.

Spray the bad areas, traffic lanes, etc; with Punch.

Hit it with the Mex; with Releasit DS and a dash of Hydrox and Gray pads.

That's the system I use & I get great results every time.

I call it my Tropical Punch. (TM by Shorty) wink.gif
