Going for more commercial this year.

Happy New Year all!

I'm planning on pursuing more commercial work this year. I have one job coming up. It's about 1000 square feet of professional office space, medium soiled berber and I will HWE (portable). What do you recommend for a pre-spray/rinse combo? I have some DS, Punch, and Hydrox on hand but I haven't used them much.

Any input is appreciated. Thanks.

The correct product to work with is Encap-Punch for cleaning with HWE on a commercial "berber" using a portable.

That being said, I'd suggest planning to do some post-bonneting too. HWE has limitations when it comes to commercial installations. And if it's got a fair amount of soil in the carpet, wicking may likely occur. By the way, a commercial berber would be unusual. Are you sure it's berber? Berber is normally a residential type carpet. Could this be a commercial "loop" constructed carpet. Loop construction is common in a commercial setting. Berber carpets usually have a loose loop.

another words what rick is saying is "get a cimex" do a good job and you can get more commercial work.. using a Porty HWE is not (imho) the way to get more commercial jobs..

its loud, will do a OK job.. but using a cimex and DS and if real dirty pre-spray with punch will make them want you back.
