Michael it's not hard. The hardest to door to go through is your own. Just get out there! Solicit! Get in front of the decision makers. And show them how you can deliver what they need to solve their commercial carpet cleaning problems. It ain't rocket science. They need their carpets serviced for the good of their business, and you've got what's needed. So present yourself as the "expert" that can take care of their needs and resolve all their commercial carpet cleaning woes. As Darren suggested, the CMS package is a good set of documents with all the marketing tools you'll need. But nothing will work if you don't get out there. So jump on it.
