Removing Epoxy and Leveling concrete

We are redoing our concrete wash pit. It has epoxy coating over 50 year old hard concrete. We want to remove epoxy, and grind high spots off concrete so we can get water to drain toward perimeter drain. We have a 19" Cimex diamond Finisher and Roto machines. We also have metal bond diamonds from 50 to 220 grit and all the resin pads for polishing marble.
What is the best way to remove epoxy?

Waht is the best way to grind off high spots of concrete?

If we need to fill some low spots of concrete what could we use?

thanks for your suggestions,
Chet

Your 50 grit metals might not be enough even with weights to remove all the epoxy. Try it wet . If it doesn't work , some rental places rent drivers with sharp bits made to scrape off most epoxy, then your 50 grits will work. Once its ground off, Rapid Set Concrete will work, just make sure its clean and porous before you add the Rapid Set.
