Here is a before and after in our rug cleaning plant. The right side of the rug is clean and the left side is not. We rug badgered the rug and then cleaned it with the Releasit DS and the Cimex and then put it in our wash pit to rinse out the urine.

Can you please explain the process a bit more fully, did you only use the Releasit DS, was there anything else in the soak tank,??

Each rug is different, but in a nutshell the process is this. We take the rug in and test the colors in the rug with different chems. that we think we might use. Then once we have a chemical and process that we want to use we will take and "dust" the rug with our rug badger, then clean the rug by a safe method we choose (not all rugs get washed in the wash pit)then dry the rug, clean the fringe and do a final grooming before getting the rug back to the customer. We also have customers sign a waiver and take photos of the rugs in front of them.

Thanks for all the nice comments. I am really hoping I can double the volume my rug plant is doing by this time next year. If you look in the pictures below we had both Cimex's in there working yesterday.

Joe (or anybody else for that matter) you are always welcome to come by our World Headquarters(code for guy with one office wanting to seem big and important).

Also, in the picture below you can see that the first thing hanging is rug pad. We actually take peoples rug pad and wash it. No since in having a clean rug and a dirty pad to put it on. Rug pad cost about a $1.25 or more per square foot and so we charge $.50 a square foot to clean it.
