March- before and after photos

This was a mess hall on a local navy base. We extracted the heavily soiled areas, force dried, followed by encaping using DS at full strength mixed with a bit of Odorcide. The before photo was still damp, so it did lighten up.

I think you meant... The AFTER photo was still damp, so it did lighten up.
