Hey Rick, the other day I sent your company a email about having a problem with my spray borg. Your tech called me today and explained some things I should do to get it working. If it doesn't work he told me to stop by in the afternoon and he would help me out. He was very helpful and he took his time. What great customer service you have!!!! I think the reader on this forum should know how good your staff is.

PS.
If it doesn't work, I'll be down and I might even buy the T&G brush head for the orbot.

Rodney spoke with you today. He is awesome when it comes to mechanical stuff. He worked as an airplane mechanic when he was younger, he worked as a car mechanic, and he ran a car stereo and accessory installation business for many years (before the bottom fell out in the car industry). So he knows his stuff when it comes to anything mechanical. Plus he's a good friend and a heck of a nice guy. I'm glad to hear that he was able to help you. I'm sure you'll be able to get the SprayBorg sorted out. Thanks for commenting on the service. happy.gif
