Hello Rick,
I had a chance to see your new store today (new to me), very nice place. Well I have to say, The other day I had a problem with the sprayborg on my orbot and Rodney talked to me on what might be the problem. Well I couldn't get it working so I called yesterday and Rodney said today is his day off but he will come in to help me with my problem. Man that's awesome. Also the ladies in the office we're great also, they new exactly why I was there and they checked on some prices for me after checking out my machine and they made me feel like I was an old friend. Thats what I call friendly, helpful customer service,top notch.

Nick - that is WONDERFUL! I'm so happy to hear that. I will convey your thoughts to Rodney and the rest of our team.

Here's a little secret. Not only do we hire for PERSONALITY FIRST (we're kind of a family here at Excellent Supply), we also try hard to focus on "Customer Service". Every week we conduct a comprehensive meeting where we talk about normal sales related stuff, plus we also spend a large portion of the meeting looking at ways to provide the kind of service that will please our customers. It's fun building passion for customer service into our team. So it is really nice to hear your comments!!! If there's anything else we can do to help you - let me know. happy.gif

I ordered some FP's and some tuways 3 weeks ago I recieved a follow up phone call today to see if I had recieved my order and if I was all set
That is customer service at its best
