New To Encap

Hi everyone, I have been a commercial floor cleaner for approximately 8 years, I clean carpet, tile/grout & VCT. I have owned just about every type of equipment, truckmount, portable extractors & hard surface portables, buffers, propane stripping machines & battery auto scrubbers.

I have finally decided to change the direction of my business and stop cleaning commercial glue carpet with HWE and venture into Encap cleaning. I guess my first question is, can I do an effective Encap using equipment I already own, meaning using something like an older Chempsec Rotobrite buffer? This type of buffer can spray chemicals out front of the buffer. I thought of using this type of machine with a 19" Fiberplus pad and Realistit DS, until I can purchase a unsed Cimex. I need to sell some of my other equipment before buying the Cimex.

Any input will be greatly appreciated!!

You could use Encap-Clean DS2 along with a FiberPlus pad and spray out the solution. However it will work even better if you will solution feed the juice from the tank down through the pad rather then spraying out in front of the machine. The spray method is ideal for "bonnet cleaning", whereas the "shampoo" method works better when the detergent is dispensed through the FiberPlus pad.

Let me know if you need help as you get the ball rolling with encap on CGD, you came to the right place happy.gif
