Water Spots

There is a store in a strip mall that use to sell yard water fountains. That part of the business is gone but there are lots of water spots in the CGD carpet from around the previous display fountains. I want to encap this job. I think Hydrox would be my best bet. I plan on prespraying with Hydrox then use my Cimex with Hydrox. My only experience has been with DS. I have been told about dwell time with Hydrox. Does this imply I need to prespray the entire store or just the water spotted areas and wait? Can I have some ideas on the best process to clean this stained carpet up. The size of the water spots range form a couple inches to several feet. I'll try to remember to take pics. Thanks.

HydrOx should work well on the water stains. THis is one of the many uses for HydrOx where it really stands out. So pre-spray the areas. Then clean like normal. A little extra dwell time is helpful - as in doubling back over an area just cleaned and making an extra dry pass. The results should turn out quite goo.d Bring a camera.
