Doing some research on the Steamin Demon - anyone have any pro's / cons on the Demon (I'm looking at the classic model)

Thanks!

I have 2

I have 2, 1 a demon and 1 a tsunami. I used to use them on residential all the time but do to laziness and foam issues I stopped using them. i usually prescrub with crb before using demon but the loose fibers kept cloging up screens. So i prevac again before extracting and it worked great. My biggest issue was me the user and not the machine. I now use them in my rug studio and they do a great job. I'd buy used not new. The powder coating just didn't hold up so after a while the machine looked less than professional. If you find one for the right price get one as a backup to your truckmount or portable. They deliver as advertised, you just have to be a little creative.

Got one!

Lucky me, found an old "classic" model buried today at one of my distributors! (it pays to ask!!!) Well used though, so I need to fix it up a little and buy some missing parts from rick...got it for a rediculously low price as it is about 6 yrs old and they just wanted it out of there...its missing the sink adapters, etc. (but has the hoses, and other things but the feed solenoid gets stuck)This is an older model with the old 3 stage motor in it... Needs a new paint job, too...

Can't wait to use it!

Thanks for your advice

Joe
