Cimex Head Pressure

I am just about ready to purchase my first Cimex. I do have a couple of questions for everyone.

1st, what amount of head pressure (brush pressure) does the 19" unit produce. 2nd, can the cimex be stored in a van laying down? Simple questions that I was not sure about.

It's hard to say exactly what the head weight is - because it is attached to the fork of the machine where the head pivots. But a fair guess would place the head weight at around 50-60poiunds.

Yes, the Cimex can be transported with the handle laying flat. In fact that is how the machine is shipped from the manufacturer.

Suggestion: Keep the pad drivers mounted on the machine, and a set of FiberPlus pads on the drivers. Keep the head situated with the pad drivers on the floor of the vehicle. And then you can adjust the handle to whatever height you would like (even to the point of laying it down flat).
