Cimex Pads

July 21 2011 at 10:59 PM
Ryan

I have one office that i clean and they have new carpet squares, but when i clean with the cimex the pads leave strings of the pads all over. The carpet is very course and hard. Any one ever have this problem and what did you do?? I have started to use just my brushes for that office but with the brushes the liquid just comes out straight and you can see wet lines on the carpet, is there something that fixes that problem??

Thanks

If it's a super course carpet - the carpet could shred the pads. Brushes might be useful here, in that they wouldn't shred, however the cleaning performance will be better with the FiberPlus pads. The Tuway ThinOne bonnets would not shred - but they're really not ideal for encap shampooing. Don's suggestion of HWE may work - but it also might not be a wise choice if the carpet is likely to wick. So I'd suggest trying to manage with FP pads, or better yet brushes for this unusual carpet.
