As you can see this machine has caught my attention. Has anyone ever used it for cleaning tile and marble. With regards to cleaning tile. Is it better then a spinner ?

It is different in the sense that it provides agitation - scrubbing ability. However the TurboForce Hybrid is a hard machine to beat for power cleaning tile & grout (highly recommended). It works really well for blasting, rinsing, and extracting. Yet if you also need agitation (for heavy soil) - pre-scrubbing with any machine first is a good additional cleaning step, before the rinse & suck phase of the cleaning.

My thought is no matter what I am scrubbing the floor before a rinse it off.

We use mop down cleaning solution get the scrubbing tool, scrub then use spinner tool or hard surface wand. The last thing I want is to have to do a floor twice, to avoid this my solution is to always scrub
