ReadySpace Extractors

Anyone using these units, and if so what do like/dislike about them.
I remember awhile back seeing Mr Bishop promoting them at a connections, and after everyone had left the area Rick took a pass through the area with a Cimex and it was night and day difference in favour of the Cimex. Just want to know if there has been any improvements in this technology, other than it looks like they have made the machine a lot smaller than the one I saw years ago.
My reason for asking is that I just lost a contract to a company that has sold the client on this cleaning method.
Thanks

Cimex or rotary will still win out, I would see if you could do an area after new guy cleans the building.
