Wow! That was dirty enough to use a roto tiller to loosen the soil. Great job. Was that a residential or a cattle corral?
Keep doing jobs that well, and the local flooring salesmen will be out to get you.

It's a house, correct?

Rick, he has got to win. No one else should even enter.

I guess this is where i get a little confused.... I look at this and i think gosh maybe i should HWE.. but the carpet looks amazing ... i guess the part i am confused about is people keep telling me that encaping is for maintenance, not for this type of cleaning.... that's diffidently not maintenance... and it looks great.... great job

Encapping is not just for maintenance. Those that spent fortunes buying truckmounts are the ones spreading this untruth. I still amaze myself at the results we get with a Cimex and Releasit.
If both methods (encapping and HWE) were just introduced into the world today, and you had to choose a way to clean a carpet, what method would make more sense? We all scrub our hair with our fingers/hands when we shampoo. If we simply "applied, rinse repeat" without lathering, we would all look greasy. When I wash my truck (especially in winter)at the self-service car wash, I use the foam-brush. If I just use the high pressure soap/spray rinse, my truck looks like I did not even clean it. Sure, HWE works well, but so does encapping. Don't listen to the propaganda.

Sorry mate, apparently you don't understand the Aussie humour. happy.gif

( Or is it just me ?? ) wink.gif

I LOVE encap;

40 years in the game, over 8 with encap; and the only thing I'm cranky about is that Rick didn't bring out Releasit 39 years ago happy.gifhappy.gifhappy.gif

Nearly 100% of my work is encap; and gaining.

I have guv-urn-mint clients that pay me double (regularly), to "restore" their properties with Big Yella after some tenants have moved out.

Much to many disgust, I'm a believer. wink.gif

Shortestwun.
