I have @ 5700 sq. ft. of carpet squares to clean tommorrow. Carpet has many unknown spots, water spots, etc. I'll be using my Cimex . What would be the best spotters/chemicals/procedures to use to acheive the greatest results?

I would pre-spray with Encap punch, or use Hydrox as pre spray let dwell. And clean. That should turn out great.

Better is the end afterward of a matter than its beginning.

My personal opinion

I would clean with DS or DS2 and the Cimex. No prespray (we never do with the Cimex). If you have a particularly bad spot of traffic lane that you can't get out by scrubbing the area for a while then you can always mix up a 50/50 mixture of DS or DS2 in a spray bottle use that.

Take some before and after and let us know how it comes out.
