Lines in aisles

I recently cleaned carpet with Cimex using DS2. When floor dried there was dark lines in the aisles. I used chemical lightly, overlapped my strokes, and made dry passes. I can't figure out what I done wrong. Can someone point me in the right direction so I can avoid this next time?

We could probably help more with pictures. I'm going to venture a guess: maybe you needed to put down more chemical to let the Cimex distribute it evenly. I think the dark lines may be where there was not enough chemical to clean well.

It's hard to tell exactly. It sounds like the detergent may not have been laid down evenly or scrubbed evenly, since lines don't normally appear after cleaning. Or you may be seeing pile marks / swirl mark lines in the carpet. But it's hard to know exactly without a little more info or photographs. Normally carpets - even very soiled ones clean up extremely well, and evenly too. If you want to give me a call I'll be happy to personally walk through the process with you and make sure you're doing things in the best way to achieve optimum results. There's no reason for lines. Give me a call and let's figure out what needs to tweaking, so you can achieve the results the rest of us are seeing with this system (excellent looking carpets).
