what type of carpets is it? while some types it may be o others it would tears up the fibers. I personally would not use a brush on a 300 speed machine unless the brushes were really soft

If the carpets are really bad, I will use the brush first and then follow it with a pad. It gives me great results and I have never ruined anyone's carpets with the speed on 300. Try the Pro Sorb bonnet pads for residential. I used them for the first time and got great results.

Where do you get the Pro Sorb Pad? What pad do you use for commercial?

Hi George, I buy the Pro-Sorb through Jon-Don. Call the office in Chicago and ask for Jack in sales. With commercial I use the stripped pads however the more I lean about encap cleaning,I am leaning towards trying something new.
