well my wife's Aunt forwards us 2-3 "comic relief" emails everyday...she's one of "Those" lol wink.gif ... this morning's email from her had those exact pic's of your friends house with the koala, pretty cool huh?!

the caption read this: "AT 120

DEGREES IN AUSTRALIA , IT WAS SO HOT FOR A WEEK

THAT KOALAS WERE ASKING PEOPLE FOR WATER. IT'S

NEVER BEEN SEEN BEFORE.

ONE WENT

TO A HOUSE TO TRY TO HIDE FROM THE HEAT AND TO

GET A BIT OF SHADE AND HERE'S WHAT HAPPENED WHEN

THE OWNER GAVE HIM SOMETHING TO DRINK. IT'S

Hey Derek,
I guess some people just like to "embellish" the facts a little. wink.gif

These people weren't friends of mine, the pics made national headlines.

After all, they do live about 2,00 miles away. happy.gif

The temp; also was about 104 from memory.

Terrible times when many people lost their lives, family and homes in severe bush fires.

Another month & we'll nearly be out of our cyclone season.
