Im using a rotary I have existing customers no problem there, however would the marketing cd that Rick provides help or hart me sense it features the cimex. I cant buy a cimex right know?

However, I thought the forms would help me to come up with a maintenace program for new and existing customers.

There is a photo of a Cimex in one of the PowerPoint slides. Aside from that - it's machine neutral. And that's done on purpose. This is about selling "Clean Carpet" - not selling a method. So, it'll work with any cleaning system. And since it's Microsoft Office documents, you can make some changes as you see fit. These are essentially documents, marketing pieces, and idea that have worked for me in my commercial carpet cleaning business that have been polished up for distribution. We've sold hundreds of these inexpensive marketing systems and folks have been positive about the results, so I think you'll find it helpful for your commercial business too.
