Would you do anything different if you could start over?

This question is for cleaners that have been successful in acquiring commercial accounts.

If you could go back, what are some things you would do different?

Any feedback appreciated, thanks.

What I would do

May 5 2012, 1:54 AM

Personally,I would prefer to know a lot more about book-keeping and marketing.

One thing that I would do,(now that I have done one), is attend the SFS course put on by Jon-Don.

Another item that is essential to my business and would highly recommend for any LM cleaners pursuing COMMERCIAL ACCOUNTS, is to purchase the CMS ( Commercial Marketing System ), from Excellent Supply.

Lastly, but by no means least, is...

I M P L E M E N T

everything you can learn from these two references.

That's my take on the situation.

Just wish I could have had these things when I was Ricks' age happy.gif

Shorty.
