Black belt beating

Usually one goes to the library to find answers and information.
Yesterday, our public library called us for an answer to a problem they had.
One of their maintenance employees somehow installed the vacuum belt wrong (???) and began his nightly task of running the vacuum. He somehow never noticed that the vac belt was leaving black lines everywhere he ran it. Three floors of about 10,000 sq.ft ea. looked like a motocross track for "The mouse and the Motorcycle" http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3funeDWFr9g

Of course they attempted to clean it themselves with a portable extraction machine with no results. We went there with our Cimex and some Releasit Encap Basic and were able to remove 99% of the markings. There was one spot that actually burned the fibers to a crisp.
