Hi Guys new to forum from UK. Picked up a used CR38 how can I tell if its the 400 or 600rpm model?
Would 600rpm version be ok for carpet?

The CR38 is a 620 rpm model (even in the UK) wink.gif

Thanks Rick is it ok for commercial carpet (with care) at 600rpm.

It works just fine on commercial carpet.

We are presently setting up a major UK supplier. In fact he just placed his first order.

Shipping across the pond can be painfully slow. But the product is on its way. So before too long cleaners in the UK will be able to enjoy the best encap juice on the planet. Stay tuned.
