I've been working with my web developer to create a new forum that will be much nicer to work with than the present one. The present EncapBoard has served us well for a decade. But it's time to let 'er go and move to a more modern platform with newer features. You guys are gonna like what we've put together!

Since we're moving to a NEW platform with a NEW database structure, you'll need to reregister with a new User Name and password on the new EncapBoard. You're probably ready for a new User Name anyway. Of course, you should be able to reregister with your current User Name too.

So check back tomorrow mid-morning. Barring any unforeseen circumstances, the new forum should be live! See you there.

Also Rick, I wish to thank you for all of the enlightening tutorials put forward not only by yourself over the years, but also by the many talented people that post here using VLM techniques that achieve amazing results in the real world.

Boy I hope it's not like the new ICS or Dirty Grout don't like their new Boards at all! Actually I quit visiting them to cumbersum to look at like their old boards better.

No kidding, this is scary!

bring back some oldtimers that haven't posted in a few years.

OK - I guess "a thing of beauty" may be a stretch. But I think you'll find that it's one of the nicer looking message boards in our industry. I know I may be a little biased. But as I've worked with the new forum, putting all the pieces together, I think we have a winner. Well we'll see what you all think of it tomorrow (and for Shorty I guess that'll be today, yesterday, or possibly sometime last week).
