Hello all,

One of our commercial clients installed goat hair carpeting! Our crew did spotting around 8p and it still was not dry at 7a when doing an inspection.

I think, they used too much solution?

What is the recommendation for fully cleaning this type of covering?

Yeah it sounds like they overapplied the solution. If you clean that with Encap-Clean DS2 you should get good results. In a case like that, where there may be a tendency to use too much solution, you could mix your detergent stronger than normal. That way you'll achieve foaming sooner. Foam can be a good gauge of how much solution you're applying. If you're applying the detergent through a solution tank, apply just enough to lightly whiten the surface. You might also want to use blowers to accelerate the drying.
