Do we required to use any special agents to clean office or any commercial area or is it ok if we clean it as the way we clean it like residential?

We really need more info on how you clean residential but typically you dealing with a low pile for commercial. So for me it's encapsulation for commercial. It's faster, more economical and you'll have less wicking from too much moisture. Hope this helps but you . As far as chems go you can't go wrong with Releas It, Punch and Hydrox.
