Need to know how to price motel rooms when cleaning multiple rooms I was thinking $8 a room

That's generally about the going rate. There's not a lot of money to be made there.

just did a hotel hallways Tuesday @ $25 cents. Demos will get you these accounts. They do not like hoses being dragged inside and a truck making noise outside.
Here are some photos.
Hallway 1/2 done.

I wouldn't start cleaning rooms at $8 per room. $10 a room was starting price over 15 years ago. Hasn't moved up much but you should be able to get at least $12 per room.
I clean a motel every spring & get $14 a room. It's a nice place but not super high class.
We replaced someone who couldn't clean correctly & always had spots come back. Every once in awhile I clean a few dump rooms at a motel 2 miles from me & get $12 per room or $25 for one if that's all they call for. Believe me this place is a dump. So you can het more than $8.
