Received My CRB From Excellent Supply - Blue Ridge Floor Care - 06-04-2014
I received my 15" Brush Encap machine yesterday. I ran it all over the house last night. This thing really digs! It does a fantastic job of pile lifting and renewing the carpets feel and appearance. It mostly pulled up a bunch of carpet fuzz. My house isn't a real good test however, because the domestic goddess that I'm married to rarely goes more than a day without vacuuming due to the lousy cat that let's us live in his house.
The unit is very easy to operate and control. I'm sooo glad that I heeded Rick's advice and ordered the 15" model. This is the perfect size for residential. I would say it's the ideal size for most commercial as well, unless you had very large open areas to run it on. I've read on other forums of guys complaining that some CRB's are kind of flimsy and don't appear to be well built. That is NOT the case with the Brush Encap machine. This unit is well made, and I have no qualms with the money I spent on it. If I had to point out a perceived weakness in the build, it wouldn't be with the machine itself, it would be with the transport dolley. They use a thin metal axle, and a $2 set of plastic wheels to support a $2,000 machine. I'm still not anticipating any problems with it.
This is my 3rd major equipment purchase from Excellent Supply, and it was yet another flawless transaction. I think I have dealt with just about everyone in Rick's organization, and I will say that they are all wonderful to deal with and are absolutely the best in the industry. Professionalism and customer service run through their veins,. I'm a cheerleader for Excellent Supply because they've earned it. I recommend them every chance I get. Did I mention that they also have the best prices around?
