Customer was going to replace the carpet, i said i would give it a try....needless to say he texted me that night saying THANK YOU...

Thanks to everyone for the comments, we used hydrox and hot water extraction with the rotovac. Presprayed it, let it dwell, scrubbed it with my swing machine and a bonnet pad to aggitate and loosen up the dirt and then rinsed it well with the rotovac. I actually just scheduled another cleaning today for this realtor. Smile

Looks like where it was clean was covered by a sofa or something. Because the clean afterwards. It still looks brighter on the clean side where the sofa was or something ? I always say just because it's an empty apartment with nothing to move is not any easier. Because you gotta match up the dirty with the clean. To make it look uniform
