Process with crb? - Bccc - 08-25-2014

I got my brush pro about 2 months ago and have had amazing results with it. I used it in my own house this weekend and used punch to clean. That night I felt my carpet was crunchy. Before the crb I always used my 175 with 2 way pads and never had that feeling after it dried. My question is do people use a different cleaner or do another process along with it?

When you use a crb the solution dries on the carpet. When you use pads it's transferred to the pad. That's why it's crunchy.

Ricks chems in a residential environment will yield a little stiffness. It's how they are supposed to work. Post vac when dry and the carpet will be soft again and stay clean longer. I run a 13 inch 175 with a long string microfiber bonnet as a final step to speed up drying and keep stiffness to a minimum.

Lee nailed it. I agree 100%.
