I do a small playhouse, they pay me for janitorial services and as a favor and my way of giving back to them every so often I do their carpets for free. They give me enough work through out the year to make up for this, so I don't mind.
Anyway, I use Encap Basic on the carpets using my 17" rotory and a FP Max pad and let me tell you, I am just blown away by the results every time.
Encap Basic is priced enough that I feel like myself and the customer are both getting our moneys worth.
If you have a job that needs carpet cleaning on a regular basis and you don't want to use the DS, then Encap Basic is your best bet for the money.

I am using Encap Basic that is the chemical that I am using. It's sold here by the owner of the forum, Rick G.

Oh, LOL I'm just old i normally use punch or ds I haven't tried DS2yet.
